Ingredients

• 2 cups of frozen Mango
• ½ can of coconut milk to start
• ¼ cup liquid sweetener, maple syrup, agave, honey


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy adding more coconut milk until you have the texture and thickness you want.
  2. If you are not serving immediately, put in a plastic container in the freezer, and thaw for short time before eating.
